Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. Most orders placed by 2:00 PM PST will ship the same business day; however, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. Express shipping options through UPS and USPS are also not guaranteed to ship the same day.

While most of our blades are kept in stock, some larger or thicker blades are produced to order in our factory. These blades generally have a lead time of 1 to 5 business days.

Free Shipping is available on diamond tool orders over $99. Eligible products include diamond blades, hole saws, cup wheels, core bits, extensions, adapters, and similar items.

Free shipping methods may include UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate to the contiguous United States.

Please note:

• Equipment such as hand-held saws, grinders, tile saws, and other machinery is excluded from free shipping.

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Our warehouse is located in Thousand Oaks, California.
