Makita’s 4-1/2” SJS™ Angle Grinder combines 13 AMP variable speed power with comfort and motor-protection features for longer-lasting stone grinding and polishing performance. SJS™ technology is a mechanical clutch system that helps prevent motor and gear damage. The variable speed control dial enables the user to match the speed to the application. Soft start suppresses start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and longer gear life.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
All diamond tool products, including diamond blades, core bits, hole saws, and grinding wheels, are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a diamond tool is found to have a manufacturing defect within the first 50% of its usable life, the tool may be eligible for replacement.
Eligible products may be replaced free of charge a maximum of one (1) time per order.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper application, overheating, abuse, accidental damage, damage resulting from improper installation or operation, or any tool that has exceeded 50% of its usable life.
